My work blends attachment theory with attachment-focused therapeutic models that support deep healing. It is less "coaching", more deep guidance into your internal world. You bring what's present; I bring the questions that illuminate the way forward. I will guide you to see what you couldn't see before; to be with the parts inside that feel overwhelmed, confused, or afraid.
My PhD is in Physiology, so you won't be surprised to learn that my approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based science and the mind-body connection. That's because when our brains feel safe, truly magical things occur. The intention is not to 'level-up' your parenting; it is to change your relationship with yourself so you may transform every aspect of your motherhood.
