My coaching approach is attachment-focused and experiential, which means it integrates emotional, bodily, relational, and cognitive aspects. It is less "coaching", more guidance into your internal world. You bring whatever struggles are present, and I will ask the questions that help illuminate the way forward; to help you see what you couldn't before and to be with the parts inside of you that feel overwhelmed, confused, or afraid.
My PhD is in Physiology, so you won't be surprised to learn that my approach is also deeply rooted in the mind-body connection. That's because when our brains feel safe, truly magical things occur. My intention is not to 'level-up' your parenting; it is to help you change your relationship with
yourself so you may transform every aspect of your motherhood.
